ROTTERDAM FOB PROCEDURE FOR AZERBAIJAN JET A1 AVIATION FUEL

NON-NEGOTIABLE

  1. Seller sends FCO and format of ICPO to the Buyer.
  2. Buyer signs FCO, completes the ICPO and sends both documents back to the Seller with CP, company registration (CR) documents CPA or TSA.
  3. Within 2 (two) business days the Seller (title holder) issues commercial invoice for 2,000,000 bbl available in the storage tank to the Buyer. the Buyer signs and returns the commercial invoice (CI) to the Seller, with proof of storage and/or ship to ship transfer.
  4. Buyer’s bank sends POF via swift MT199/MT799 along with copy of signed CI (commercial invoice) to the Seller’s bank.
  5. All parties (Buyers and Sellers) sign NCNDA-IMFPA and return to Seller’s bank for endorsement.
  6. Seller issues proof of product (POP) documents as listed below forwarding to the Buyers commitment to supply.
  7. Certificate of origin (CO)
  8. Product passport
  9. Unconditional DTA
  10. Fresh SGS (less than 48 hours old)
  11. Tank storage receipt (TSR)
  12. Injection report
  13. Buyer provides the TSR or CPA details.
  14. Upon successful dip test inspection in the Sellers tank, the Buyer submits the tank storage receipts (TSR) from their tank farm or from his declared shipping company the Sellers injects agreed to product (Aviation Jet A1) into the Buyer’s tanks or vessels.
  15. Within 24 hours (twenty-four hours) the Buyer makes 100% payment for the total value and agreed product via MT103/TT wire transfer to the Sellers bank account.
  16. Seller transfers the product title with complete proof of product (POP) documents to the Buyer.
  17. Seller pays commission of the Sellers intermediaries, including any identified agreed middle group (if applicable), the Buyer pays commission of the Buyers side within 48 hours (forty-eight) or receipt of payment.
  18. Upon successful conclusion of the trial lift Seller will issue draft 12-month delivery contract /SPA, Buyer, and Seller sign a 12-month delivery contract/SPA for review by the Buyer. On acceptance of the draft SPA Buyer and Seller sign the 12-month contract for the supply of Jet A1 fuel. Buyer to the contract by either SBLC /BG, with possibility of renewal and extensions for the value of 1(one) shipment.

Note: An auto revolving SBLC/BG  MT199 will be required for the value of 1 (one) shipment as per the terms of the contract. #01 commodity exhibit “C-1A-sample text of ready willing and able (RWA) AND #01-05-COMMODITY EXHIBIT C-1B SBLC VERBAGE SUGJECT TO THE UCF 2007REVISION No 600/URDG 758 OR LATEST REVISION.
